Refund policy

If a file you export with Pro won't import into the software you made it for, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

What Pro covers

Pro ($29 one-time) removes the 10-transaction limit in the bank statement converter.

• Input files: CSV, TSV and Excel (.xlsx) bank or credit card statements.
• Export formats: QBO (QuickBooks Web Connect), QFX (Quicken Web Connect), OFX 1.0.2, OFX 2.2, QIF, the QuickBooks Online 3-column CSV, and a clean CSV.

When you get a refund

If a file you export with Pro in one of those formats won't import into the software you made it for (for example, a QBO file into QuickBooks or a QFX file into Quicken), ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price.

How to ask

Purchases and refunds are handled through Gumroad, the store that sells Pro. Reply to your Gumroad receipt email or contact us through Gumroad, and tell us which software you were importing into. It helps to include the error message, but you don't have to. You don't need to send us your bank file.

Before you buy

The free version exports up to 10 transactions per file in every format. Please try a free export in your own software first, so you know it works for you before you pay.
